I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtful, including fresh baked cookies on arrival. The staff was engaging and helpful, although a bit young during check-in. The location was perfect, close to shopping and dining options. The dining experience offered plenty of choices for breakfast, although it was similar to other hotel chains. Overall, a great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were always clean and well-stocked with towels and toiletries, but they felt old and had a not-so-pleasant smell. Being at the very end of the hall made me feel uncomfortable as a solo traveler. The service was a combination of kindness and unwelcoming incidents. The location was convenient and comfortable, although a bit of a blend of positives and negatives. The dining options were satisfactory, meeting basic needs, and the facilities provided their purpose adequately.
My stay at Comfort Inn BR from March 7-10 was comfortable overall, with clean and comfortable rooms, but they could have been cleaner. The staff was nice and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. The location is convenient just off the Interstate, but there were some concerns about safety due to vagrants and drug activity in the area.
